Many of you probably have not heard of Optimized Marketing Solutions, LLC, they also go by Get Optimized as it's a bit shorter. Get Optimized is a multi-faceted small business that started back in February this year. Some of their specialties are developing websites for small businesses and lead generation, website design, custom graphic and logo design, promotional product sales, and SEO Consultation and Optimizations.
You're probably wondering what a few of those jobs above are, right? So, Lead Generation is them building a website in a certain layout for some particular niche. Niches are like various job sectors such as: plumbing, roofing, carpentry, mobile pet care, mobile nail salon, and many more jobs in the service industry. Basically it's any business that provides a service of some kind, for a customer. Once that's completed, they SEO the website the best they can so that they can get it outranking other websites in the various search engines. Then that website starts getting calls and contacts, which Get Optimized then sends those potential customers to a business that can take care of that customer.
So, I've used the letters SEO a few times now. It stands for Search Engine Optimizations. Like I mentioned about the lead generation, the websites' Search Engine Optimizations are certain things done to the website that shows Google, Bing, Yahoo, and many other search engines that your website is the one that needs to be ranked higher than others when someone searches for particular keywords associated with the niche of website.
When I interviewed Sammy Jarrett from Optimized Marketing Solutions, he said that one of the biggest surprises he found while working in this industry, was that there are so many small businesses that do not have a website. If y'all need a website for your business or one for generating customers for your business, give these guys a call. They will be more than happy to speak with you about building a website or how they can help make your current website better and many other services not mention in this article.

This is the interview Chip McCarter done with Mr. Handyman of Waco, Temple, and Killeen. Nicole Strelsky, Office Manager, and new Owner Candace Urbanovsky Lang tells us about their on-going services during this "stay at home" issue we've been having.
JP and Carrie Johnson, owners ofKlassy Glass Wine Bar & Bistro, and Brian their unofficial son took some time to speak with Chip McCarter about how their business is doing with our current economic issues. Mr. and Mrs. Johnson bought this business about 4 years ago and have loved it since. Since the "stay at home" orders have been issued the Johnson's and Brian have had to deal with letting employees go that have been their awhile, cancel the live music they have each week, reschedule parties, and try to adapt to this current way of running business.
Being that they have a retail license, they can still sell things like, beer, wine, menu items, and Art. Klassy Glass also started doing delivery's. They will deliver you meal and wine or beer. They had takeout before and are still keeping that going, so no worries on that part. Delivery's are currently from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m, Monday to Saturday.
I mentioned live music and art earlier. Several nights a week they have Open Mic Night by Keep Waco Loud. Keep Waco Loud has local music, poetry reading, dancing, and any other talent that you would like to showcase. Currently they are doing this virtually and can be found on Facebook @keepwacoloud. As for the art, Klassy Glass has teamed up with Rebekah Hagman of Cultivate 7twelve to showcase some of the art at Klassy Glass. The art is for sale and the prices benefit local artist.
In the closing of this interview, the Johnson's and Brian each had some words of encouragement. Be sure to watch the whole interview so you don't miss out on everything they had to say including their specials and upcoming events.

Leaders all over the world are requiring their citizens to wear masks in public to combat the rapid spread of the virus we face today. Most recently, our Federal Government publicly recommended masks FOR ALL to slow or stop the spread of this virus.
To support this demand, we connect those in need of masks – everyone – with the DMS Coalition. All unified in a mission for #Masks4All. #InvisibleDefender
